Forty hours. One real software project. The IT team builds a working system inside an environment where governance, compliance, and knowledge management are already built in. They do not sit through a lecture on the law. They build, under signed criteria and human oversight, the way they will build once the organisation is augmented. It is the smallest, lowest-risk way into the UNO operating model, and the point from which many companies begin a full implementation.
